Q. Is there a minimum amount of sod you must purchase?
A. We sell our sod by the square foot. Each roll has 10 sq foot. They are 1 inch thick, and 2 foot wide by 5 foot in length.

Q. How do I know how much sod I need?
A. Measure the length and width of the area needing sod. Then, multiply those numbers together to get your square footage.

Q. How far in advance must I order the sod?
A. Two to three days is great, but not always necessary. Many times we can have sod available for you by the next day. However, inclement weather may affect the ability to harvest sod on the farm.

Q. When is the best time of year to sod your lawn?
A. The best time would be spring through fall.

Q. Do you install the sod?
A. No, but one of our recommended installation contractors can install the sod in your lawn.

Q. Is your sod fresh?
A. Our sod is cut fresh daily. We do not have old pallets of sod sitting around like at large home improvement stores.

Q. How do your prices compare to prices at large home improvement stores?
A. Our prices are about 50% less than home improvement stores. And our sod is of better quality.
